The Pro-Ject Vinyl Cleaner VC-S vinyl cleaning machine has a special design that ensures high efficiency. Unlike similar devices from other manufacturers, the Vinyl Cleaner VC-S does not use a full-size support disk, which eliminates the possibility of re-contamination of an already cleaned record. Instead, the Pro-Ject drive uses a metal disk, the diameter of which is only slightly larger than the diameter of the vinyl record label. After placing the record on the disk, it is pressed from above by another disk of the same diameter using a reliable screw clamp. This method of fastening allows you to protect the valuable paper label of the record from getting wet and damaged. During the cleaning process, the record does not bend either up or down, and its surface is completely cleaned in 2 turns (one in the forward direction and one in the reverse direction). At the same time, after the cleaning process is completed, the surface of the disc remains almost dry. The vacuum pump tube is made of metal and does not have a spring - it is rigidly fixed for more stable operation of the machine.
The built-in container for the spent cleaning solution has an increased volume of up to 2.5 liters and a convenient fill indicator. Vinyl Cleaner VC-S is equipped with a full set of necessary accessories, including a bottle of branded Wash It cleaning fluid.
