The cable of the Japanese division of the Danish company Ortofon – Reference 6 NX.
“Accuracy in Sound” – Accuracy in sound, under this constant slogan the legendary company from Denmark has been producing products since 1918.
The company’s highest requirements for sound quality and materials are known all over the world. The manufacturer’s policy applies to the entire range of products produced, from the famous “Made in Denmark” cartridges to the innovative “Made in Japan” cables and accessories.
The strictest requirements for the material. All conductors are made of oxygen-free copper with a purity of 6N (99.9999 Cu), which provides an amazing speed of transmission of an undistorted sound signal with high dynamics. Exceptional tonal fidelity and resolution – a characteristic feature of the Reference series cables is embodied in the Reference 6NX.
RCA connectors are of a new patented Ortofon design, made of chrome-plated steel with collet clamps coated in the contact group with 24K gold.
The cable consists of 7 groups of conductors spaced by insulated groups, with different cross-sections. The conductive and passive conductors are located symmetrically from each other.
