Kaplan Cables is based in Brooklyn, New York. The cable uses annealed OFC copper conductors. The company uses a special patented process for its cables that it calls “whizbang”.
The first and most noticeable thing about this cable is its extremely accurate and natural tonality. This cable does not attract attention in any way. At the same time, it has a high level of resolution: it perfectly isolates low-level signals, creating a very voluminous soundstage.
The Kaplan Cable GS version truly deserves its place among the “super cables”.
The Kaplan cable does not “give preference” to any style/genre of music (from rock to classical music).
The percussion is especially excellent. There is a captivating presentation of the rhythmic attack of the percussion with all the right sense of rhythm.
This is a cable that shows what is actually in the recording, as well as what your playback equipment is capable of.
