A reference product from the famous Italian cable manufacturer HiDiamond. The excellent sound of the HiDiamond 2 XLR balanced cable is achieved by combining the proprietary 4VRC copper preparation technology and adding graphite to the conductor. The cable uses double shielding for comprehensive protection against external interference. The spectacular exterior design was developed by the Ciobotaru design studio.
Equipped with original Neutrik silver plug connectors, which provide better signal transmission without loss.
High-quality HiDiamond cables are created on the basis of a copper conductor made in 4 Vote Rame Cotto technology (most often you can see the abbreviation - 4VRC). In translation, the technology means "copper that has undergone four times heat treatment. By heating the metal to a certain temperature, at each stage of processing unnecessary impurities are removed, achieving the necessary purity and structure of copper. As a result, it is possible to create almost 100% pure copper with a crystal lattice of ideal configuration.
Adding a material such as graphite to the copper conductor of top models reduces thermal noise. Mutual compensation of electromagnetic fields can be achieved through special braiding of the cores.
Technical characteristics of the HiDiamond Diamond 2 XLR cable:
Conductor material - copper (4VRC) with graphite;
Insulation material - cross-linked polyethylene XLPE
Conductor resistance - 45 Ohm/km
Capacitance - maximum 50 pF/m;
Screen resistance - 20 Ohm/km
