The amplifier features a high-quality phono stage. Each of the five line-level inputs can be assigned to a specific source, giving the input a name and adjusting the relative volume level to suit the different output levels. A 3.5mm input jack is located on the front panel.
The Majik-1’s light weight is due to the use of a switching power supply instead of the more conventional (heavy) transformer designs used by most competitors.
The Majik-I’s power amplifier circuitry is based on the Chakra Linn design.
The Majik-I has six stereo inputs on the rear panel, including one for a vinyl turntable.
