Telarc's creative recording philosophy and sound quality are par excellence.
Telarc started out in 1977 as a pure classical music label.
The founders were the classical musicians Jack Renner and Robert Woods.
They quickly became known for the high quality of their recordings and their special Telarc sound.
Over time, the label collected over 50 Grammy Awards.
Telarc enjoyed longstanding relationships with the 'Prince of Pops' Erich Kunzel & Cincinnati Pops Orchestra,
Robert Shaw and the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and Leonard Slatkin and the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra.
Numerous legendary recordings testify to the creativity of these relationships.
Telarc: A Spectacular Sound Experience reflects some of the highlights of the extraordinary creativity of these relationships.
UHQCD is playable on all CD players.
