The Akurate line of amplifiers uses Linn Chakra technology. It provides a more stable power supply, compared to conventional sources, protected from interference and distortion (Switch Mode Power Supply). The patented technology combines the speed and accuracy of a monolithic chip with the reliability and smoothness of bipolar transistors.
Chakra constantly adapts, using monolithic chips at low signal levels and bipolar transistors at high ones. This is a unique approach to the transition between these technologies, ensuring precise control and seamless power at all levels of listening. The company has developed and patented a new pulsed power supply unit.
All Akurate power amplifiers can be upgraded to a more advanced active configuration by connecting Aktiv cards.
