Pre-amplifier of the German company Vincent.
The new amplifier differs from its predecessor, the Vincent SA-93, in that it has push-button controls on the front panel. The output level is adjustable in the range from 0 to -99 dB, in 1 dB steps.
The device is made in the "double mono" design. Inside, Vincent SA-93 Plus has four high-speed amplifier modules on Vincent AMP-1 discrete elements (two per channel), two toroidal transformers, metal film capacitors (among them four Machutaku of 4.7 μF).
The Vincent SA-93 Plus is equipped with 5 unbalanced (RCA) and 1 balanced (XLR) inputs, as well as 1 balanced (XLR) and 2 unbalanced (RCA) outputs. A remote control is included. To reduce negative feedback, the case is divided into two sections: in the first there are amplifiers of the left and right channels, and in the second - a power supply unit with two toroidal transformers. Volume control is carried out by Crystal microcircuits, which allow a channel difference of 1 dB. It is possible to connect two power amplifiers to each channel according to the Bi-Amping scheme.
