In 2012, the Italian company Unison Research started the production of a new Simply Italy amplifier. The design was based on the legendary Simply Two. In principle, the design of the amplifier has not changed. It uses the same circuitry as in Simply Two. The amplifier works in single-cycle mode, has a symmetrical arrangement of elements for the right and left channels. The feedback depth can be changed (-1.8 dB, 5 dB) using a switch on the top panel. In the output stage, the popular Russian-made EL34 pentode is used in ultra-linear switching. But thanks to the special design of the output transformer, the operating mode of the lamp approaches triode. In the previous stage, a double triode ESS 82, also of Russian production, is used.

The amplifier easily copes with the reproduction of chamber music, string and bow ensembles. The sound of polyphonic choirs is well conveyed. Jazz sounds emotional. The amplifier has a rich tonal palette and a very even tonal balance.
