The DSA 150 amplifier is a combination of a classic dual mono power supply unit based on a pair of transformers with a W-shaped core rated at 283 VA each - and output stages created using pulse width modulation technology. It is about the completely independent development of the Italian company from Florence and its further implementation, without the use of ready-made amplifier blocks from third-party manufacturers. A rather massive frame body with double front panels and elastic vibration-damping legs made of aluminum and Teflon.
Characteristics
The dimensions are 430 x 145 x 390 mm
Weight 25 kg
3 pairs of RCA inputs
3 pairs of balanced XLR inputs
output to external amplifier - RCA Separate input to the power amplifier (AMP IN)
ALPS potentiometer for volume control
Large LED display with shutdown function
The coefficient of harmonics is 120 dB
Damping factor > 400
Output power 2 x 150 W at a load of 8, 4, 2 and 1 Ohm
The load characteristic of the amplifier provides compatibility with any speakers (due to the peculiarities of the implementation of the mode in class D). The preamplification and final amplification cascades are fully resolved, each channel is powered by a separate power unit with its own transformer. The branded display with large characters attracts attention.
