The cable is made according to the 3T technology, which demonstrates the extremely high quality of the new amorphous conductor material. Depth, dynamics and transparency of the sound picture - these are the three keywords that can be applied to this cable. The cable consists of two conductor groups, 21 cores each, with a double shielded braid.
3T is a revolution in the audio cable industry.
All galvanic conductors used today in the professional audio industry are made of soft metals. Their advantage is a large number of free electrons, which positively affects the conductivity of the cable, since a large number of free electrons automatically means a low resistance of the conductor. The disadvantage of these metals is that the shape of the cable can be easily deformed. These metals are also extremely sensitive to thermal, chemical and mechanical aging. For this reason, the sound can drastically deteriorate in a relatively short time. To increase cable life, Van den Hul has become the first to produce a series of cables that do not contain metal and are made using Linear Structured Carbon® technology (The FIRST®, SECOND® and THIRD® models).
Another research, which began 10 years ago with Fusion technology, led to a revolution in the world of conductors - the creation of 3T technology (abbreviation from the English "True Transmission Technology", which means "Precise Transmission Technology"). The idea of creating the 3T material was using the maximum possible number of electrons to bond atoms of the conductor. Cables created using 3T technology are characterized by:
- lack of mechanical or chemical aging.
- the absence of metal layers in the conductor to prevent any kind of chemical reactions between them.
- high mechanical flexibility in combination with an extremely small bending radius.
- high mechanical strength. Minimum 150 kg / mm2.
-an amorphous structure, which is better than the crystalline structure of the conductor material.
- resistance to high temperatures (up to 250 degrees Celsius).
– five metals and one non-metallic material are used in the design.
- incredibly long service life without any changes in sound characteristics.
- in a short time to achieve optimal performance. After approximately two hours of warming up the cable, you can expect good results. And after 48 hours of warming up, it achieves its optimal results.
-very high resolution during playback.
- transmission of acoustic details due to high resolution.
- the absence of dynamic limitations, especially in the ranges of 40 Hz - 200 Hz and 2 kHz - 15 kHz (many conductors have serious problems in these areas).
