Amplifier for headphones of the English company Musical Fidelity. This is an audiophile amplifier that uses 2 JAN PHILLIPS 6922 tubes in the previous stage and transistors at the output. It is compatible with almost all models of headphones and provides a low level of distortion, a smooth amplitude-frequency characteristic and perfect linearity. This is a hybrid headphone amplifier. It combines the warmth of lamps and the powerful current of transistors. Only discrete components are used in the amplifier. The circuitry of the amplifier is borrowed from the "Tri-Vista SACD" player from the exclusive "Tri-Vista" series. The high current potential of the amplifier, operating in class A, allows you to use it with any, even low-sensitivity, phones. Volume control is carried out by the "ALPS" potentiometer of professional and audiophile quality. The mains transformer is installed in the analog housing unit, placed outside the amplifier housing. In addition to the input for the signal source, the amplifier has an output for recording.
