On the "facade" of the device there is a liquid crystal display with purple-white backlight, there are buttons for selecting inputs, muting and adjusting the volume. The switching capabilities of the model are very wide. You can connect two devices to it via USB, one source via optical input, as many as four via coaxial cable and one via AES / EBU studio interface. The outputs are represented by a digital coaxial and a conventional linear stereo pair, a balanced analog output, linear and optical for connecting recorders. Thus, the DAC30's functionality rises almost to the level of the preamplifier.
The DAC 30 is capable of receiving 32-bit / 192 kHz audio files from computer sources. The output is implemented on four lamps (the company offers various options for installing lamps).
The digital-to-analog converter is equipped with a high-speed USB 3.0 port capable of receiving an uncompressed stream of up to 480 Mbps. The DAC 30 can stream digital audio up to 24-bit / 192kHz from any USB-connected computer. High-resolution data from the USB port is routed directly to the DAC unit without any conversion, be it upsampling, oversampling, or any other type of conversion that changes the original stream format.
Audio tracks can be played from a computer after installing special drivers.
Compatibility with traditional digital sources is provided by the presence of digital inputs (coaxial and optical as well as AES / EBU)
The analog-to-digital converter in PCM (WAV format, 24 bits) installed in the device allows you to store digitized music programs from vinyl media, magnetic tapes and other analog sources in the computer memory.
The device is equipped with a Super Linear power supply unit with triple filtering / stabilization of the supply voltage and a tube output analog stage.

In the bass and middle registers, he demonstrates incredible harmonic intelligibility. The upper range fascinates with its naturalness – the ability to show the smallest differences in the sound of trebles, sibilants, air plumes. Everything becomes clear: where the sound comes from, what is the nature of its origin... This is where the strongest effect of presence comes from.
When switching to USB, musical materialization does not weaken. Even tracks in mp3 begin to sound vitally on it. And if you switch to listening to files with a quality of 24 bits / 192 kHz, then you do not notice at all how the hours fly by.
